Aunt Kara's gifts is this cool spinning thing. It's supposed to be for the two cars that came with it, but we put balls in it. I love watching the balls spin and try to grab them.

Christmas with Meermaw and Granddaddy

After we opened all Santa's gifts, Meermaw and Granddaddy came over. Then after we took a short nap, Uncle Bubba, Aunt Stacy, Kirsten and DJ came over and we all celebrated Christmas together with presents, food and fun!

I was really excited to open presents with Aunt Stacy! I was pulling the paper off and slapping the present with my hands (so excited!). It was fun!!

Because I am ready - or I think there's something fun awaiting me (everyone around here seems excited at least). Oh, but my sister is not awake yet....

Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa's

Merry Christmas Eve!! This morning we went to Grandma and Grandpa's. Uncle Bart, Aunt Kara, Zane, Annabeth, Lincoln and Fletcher were all there too.  We got to open presents!!! It was so much fun!  We then ate a big lunch, went to the lake and on a paddleboat ride (well, Uncle Bart took Kayla, Annabeth and Zane. I had to stay on the shore with mommy) and then played on the playground.  It was a great day!

Applesauce

Boy did I work up an appetite decorating the tree! :) OK, so mommy is still trying to get me to try solid foods. Today, applesauce!!! I ate a little, but I still like to stick my tongue out...

Last night mommy, daddy, Kayla and I went to pick out a tree at a tree farm - it was cold! :) After Kayla picked out her favorite tree, we headed home. This morning we got up and started putting lights and balls all over it. It's so cool! I tried to help too...

Opryland Hotel

Today, mommy, daddy, Kayla and I went to the Opryland Hotel to look at the lights.  We met Robin, Noah and Nolan.  It was a lot of fun!!  We saw a huge tree:

Today at church they had breakfast with Santa.  Kayla wouldn't sit on his lap (I don't know why, I thought he was very interesting. I really wanted to pull his beard...), so we all stood behind him.  I guess that was OK too....

So, Kayla was playing more than I was, but Granddaddy has the coolest phone.  I really wanted to touch it, but only Kayla got to (no fair!!)!!

Today, mommy, Kayla and I went to Grandma and Grandpa's. On the way, we stopped at the playground across from their subdivision. I got to swing and it was so much fun!!!

4 Month Doctor's Appointment

Today was my 4 month doctor's appointment and they stuck me again! I really don't like that place! But I didn't cry for long... I was also weighed - 16 lbs 5 ozs (73%), measured - 26 in (81%) and head circum - 17.02 in (71%).  Yep, big head, mommy's still bitter about that!  Everything else checked out well. My heart mur mur can still be heard, but she said it was much louder.  And louder is good because the smaller the hole, the louder the mur mur. Yea!! I am due back in January for my 6 month check up.

While I'm here, I'll tell you a little about what's going on with me.  I am really trying to sit up and I can when you put me in the bumbo or my exersaucer.  I have discovered the exersaucer and love it! I get stronger everyday to be able to play better and better in it.  I roll over in my crib, but haven't done it while awake yet.  Mommy has tried to feed me some cereal, but I am just not interested... I love to be kissed on the neck and laughed so hard when you do it.  I really love to watch my sister.  I just smile and smile at her!

So tired...

Cereal anyone??

Tonight mommy decided to see if I was ready for cereal.  Of course, Kayla had to help and I didn't mind.

Um, yea, I didn't like it... Mommy's pretty sure I didn't swallow any of it!  Well, we will try again later!

Trick or Treating!!

Tonight Mommy, daddy, Kayla and I went Trick or Treating with Uncle Bart, Zane and Annabeth.  It was so much fun!!

I just couldn't stay awake for it all, though...
